AM Davidson Enterprises is led by Arlene Davidson, MHSA, a consultant, author and lecturer with over 37 years experience in health care. She has worked extensively in the managed care arena with expertise in Medicaid health plans as well as acute care health plans. Her career has included executive positions with large multi-national health care companies as well as local consulting firms, regional managed care plans and hospitals.

Ms. Davidson specializes in strategic planning, customer relationships, business development, and communications. She has been instrumental in turning-around struggling Medicaid health plans, saving their multi-million dollar contracts and restoring relationships with State Medicaid agencies. She is proficient in helping organizations with:

• Developing mission, vision and values statements;
• Building effective Boards, governance and leadership teams;
• Creating and executing effective and innovative strategic plans;
• Designing successful business plans; and
• Meeting and exceeding contractual requirements – which is key to sustaining healthy relationships with government agencies.
